Obituary of Diana Christina Nelson

Diana's loving soul was returned to Mother Earth on July 17, after a long fight with cancer. She had a love to enjoy life and wouldn't let her health slow her down. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Irene Nelson, and her sister, Arline Nelson. Diana led a life of getting involved with many organizations including Wolf Haven, Humane Society, Redeemer Care Team, VASA, Sons of Norway, and many others, including helping to organize and set-up Elder Care Service for the Puyallup Tribe. She will be remembered for her strong faith in God and her Indian and Scandinavian heritage.
