Cannot believe we have known one another for 35+ years, going back to our Weyerhaeuser days, which is actually how we met (you worked with my sister, Deanne). I'll never forget that snowy morning after we parked our cars at Rhodes and stood at the top of Broadway wondering how we were going to make it down the hill to Pacific Avenue without falling down on the icy sidewalk. You had black patent leather flats on with a short heel and hanging on to one of the parking meters you let go and ski'd down to the next meter leaving little heel trails in the snow. From one parking meter to the next, that's how you made it down.
We spent a lot of holiday's together and other special events. You have seen our grandkids grow up, our family members passing, and to this day remain my sister's best friend. You will be missed. I pray you are reunited wth your family members and no longer in pain.
