Obituary of Grace E. Polly

Mom passed away peacefully due to complications of Alzheimer's. She was predeceased by husband Otis and grandson Danny. Survived by children Carol (Andy), Peg, Steve (Sharon), Joan (Brian) and Wanda (Cliff); 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Mom retired from J.C. Penny after 21 years. Her greatest joys in life were her children and grandchildren - she loved them all dearly. 10:30 am Rosary and 11am Funeral Mass will be held Friday, April 12, at St Ann Catholic Church. Burial follows at Calvary Cemetery. "I call for the prayers of all those who have known me, of all those who have loved me."
