I am sorry for your loss of Ms. Gilletti. Please accept my condolences. When our enemy 'death' strikes, it brings us great pain and sorrow. However, I find comfort that God promises he will sustain us if we throw our burdens on him (Psalm 55:22). We can look forward to seeing our dead loved ones again in the resurrection. We will see Ms. Gilletti - and she will be enjoying her word puzzles (as my mother does). I hope these scriptural thoughts bring you some comfort.
