I was sorry to hear about the death of Dick. I worked in Washington with him when I was with Banker Insulation. He was a very good person. I just finally heard about his death. I was unable to contact him. My wife found it online for me. Again sorry for your loss. Russand Vickie Ranft

You were the light in our mothers eyes, You were the rock when we needed you. You were sensitive and giving, intelligent, outgoing and very brave. You were generous with those you loved, and always took the time for family and friends. You took us in when we needed you, to help us weather a storm. You were a gift from God.You were a wonderful brother & friend. Mom said your smile could light up a room, and it did. We will miss our hugs and phone calls, and your trips home in September. Will love you always, and remember we will meet you at the gate.

Dear Gloria and the Carrig family, Pat & I mourn with you in the loss of a very special man, who was a husband, father, brother and our dear friend, Dick. Although we didn't see each other very often, I think of the great memories of our Air Force days together every time I look at the special gift Dick presented to me, my rocking chair. People like Dick don't come along very often and I cherish the time we spent working and socializing together. I salute you Chief Dick Carrig. God rest your soul. Your friends, Ed & Pat Hildebrandt
