So many years ago, Gwen was a part of our lives in Tooele, Utah. She was very gregarious, humorous, talented, witty, and rather outspoken. My first recollection of her was as a young boy, and my mother, Gwen's older sister, was sick and had to be hospitalized. Gwen took us to her apartment in Tooele, and there she entertained us with violin music, jokes, ample food, nice beds, and a wealth of cousins. She was a good woman with an abundance of energy. She is the last of the Thomas Earl & Katharine Meyers Betenson family, and it's up to the rest of us Betenson's to carry on for her, and them.
