Larry Louie DiPalma was born on May 21, 1933 in Tacoma, Washington and he died peacefully on August 14, 2017.Larry had an uplifting personality and a warm smile to greet everyone he met. Larry was a well-respected teacher and principal at several Tacoma public and private schools as well as in University Place. Larry was also very active in Kiwanis and The Sons of Italy.
Larry is survived by his son Denny (Lori) DiPalma as well as his grand-daughters Amelia DiPalma and Gina (Geoff) Smith. Larry was preceded in death by his parents Dominic and Mary DiPalma as well as his beloved wife Dolores DiPalma and his devoted daughter Debbie Sabia. The DiPalma family would like to thank the Weatherly Inn of Tacoma for taking such good care of Larry for the last 5 years and treating him like one of the family.
