Anna and I met in 1972 when our sons were 4 years old. We both had 2 daughters and 1 son. She took my daughters and her own to the "spooky" movies. And she would literally give you the shirt off her back as I personally learned. We spent many hours over many years talking. Her beliefs and her trust in the Lord were truly uplifting.
Momma, our hearts grieve with heaviness while we continue to have to allow you to continue on in your journey. Your love and friendship have guided me like an angel guides their keep. You have been a second mom to me. You have been a wonderful Nonna even to those who weren't 'your' grandchildren. I love you more than I can say. I am soooo thankful for all of the special times we created and told each other I love you. And, so grateful for the last days together. Until I get to see you again, Momma Mia, Ti Voglio Bene.
