Obituary of Kenneth A. Still
Ken Still of Fircrest, Washington, passed away on March 19, 2017 at the age of 82. He was born on February 12, 1935 in Tacoma, Washington. Ken played professional golf on the PGA Tour and Senior PGA (Champions) Tour for over 40 years. He had honorary memberships at the Fircrest Golf Club, where his career began, and the Tacoma Country Club for many years; he was also a board member of the Friends of American Lake Golf Course.
Ken was preceded in death by his mother and father, Eola and John Still. He is beloved by many and survived by his wife, Linda; son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Sabrina Evans; brother, Fred Still; mother-in-law Grace Kasper; sisters-in-law Barbara Faeh and Nancy Jamison; brother-in-law Adam Kasper; numerous nieces and nephews; special friends, Mary and Nancy Sobek; and countless friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Saint Charles Borromeo in Tacoma on Friday, March 31, 2017 at 11:00 am. A reception will follow at the Fircrest Golf Club. Ken requested that casual golf attire be worn in his memory.
