Obituary of William Harold Beck

Bill was born March 18, 1918 and raised in Seattle, WA and passed away July 8, 2016 at the age of 98. Dad lived a very full life. He served in the U.S. Air Force for 35 years, and retired as a Chief Master Sergeant. While stationed at McChord AFB he was supervisor of an aircraft mechanic squadron. He traveled to many countries during his military years and told us many stories of adventure. Bill's dear wife of 56 years, Eleanor I. Beck, passed away on June 9, 1999. Family members include: Daughter, Christel Ann Beck; son, William H. Beck, Jr.; grandchildren Christopher Beck and Delana Santos. A man of good nature and humor, our dear father was a man of great dedication to his family, always a pillar of strength and courage. He was a man of impeccable character and a heart of compassion and love. We will miss him dearly but we also know he is in Paradise with our Lord and Father in heaven, reunited in Spirit with his beloved wife Eleanor "Elly." May he rest in peace.
