Obituary of Marjorie N. Anderson

Marjorie Nell Anderson, age 85, passed away peacefully April 14, 2016 at the Weatherly Inn, Tacoma, WA. She was born October 2, 1930 in Tacoma, WA to Hattie Olive (Ydstie) & Einar Anders Wold. She graduated from Lincoln High School and worked in the medical field for many years. She was especially proud of her Norwegian ancestry. Marge married Emil S. Anderson in 1969, joining 2 families together. Together, Marge & Emil enjoyed cooking, dancing, bingo and snow birding to Yuma Arizona where they spent 28 years. She most recently belonged to a Red Hat Society group. She was preceded in death by her husband Emil, her parents, brother John and granddaughter Megan. Left to remember Marge are daughters Linda (Owen) Collins, Marlene Lovstrom, sons Steve Anderson, John Anderson (Gaoxia); 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
