Obituary of Meryle Ann Martelli

Meryle Ann Martelli, born Feb 22, 1933 in Tacoma to Ted and Carrie (Whitehead) Hamilton, died Monday Feb. 8th just days short of her 83rd birthday. Meryle graduated in 1952 from Stadium High School. She was happily married to Donald Martelli for over 62 years. Meryle was a Girl Scout & Campfire leader, worked at voting polls, St. Charles library volunteer, member of the Sons of Italy and countless other philanthropic activities focused on helping others. Everything was done with a positive attitude and a smile on her face. Meryle enjoyed gardening, golfing, bowling, swimming, bocce, watching Mariners baseball and baking for her family. Meryle was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by husband Don, daughters Lynette (Allen) & Dina (Tom), son Don (Jann) and her grandchildren, Alex, Geoffrey, Rachelle, Kyle, Amanda, Conner, Nicole, Carina, Gabriel, and Dylan. She was predeceased by brother Richard and daughter Lauri.
