Obituary of Tony G. Rice

Tony Guy Rice Loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and Brother Born in Champaign, Illinois to Chester and Maxine Rice. He is survived by his wife Thomasina A. Rice. His children and step children Angelina Colvin, Jennifer Craven (husband Justin), Terry Coltrain (wife Angel), and Patrick Coltrain. His grandchildren Nichole, Aurora, and TJ Coltrain, Triston and Jacob Craven, and Théa Colvin. His brother Craig Rice (wife Cheryl), and sister Debra Duff (husband Phillip) and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in Death by his parents Chester and Maxine Rice and two sisters Gayle and Lynette. Tony joined the Marines at the age of 17 and served 2 tours in Vietnam. After his service he went to work for St. Regis Paper Mill, then Champion which later became Simpson Tacoma Kraft. He worked for the mill for 33 years until he retired in 2004. He spent many happy times traveling down the Oregon Coast with his wife Thomasina. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing with his family. He loved his family and especially spending time with his grandchildren. He was loved by many and will be missed greatly.
