I was saddened to learn of Tony's passing. When I was a new employee at IRS, he was one of those who provided guidance. Along with Virginia Wright, Stan Robins and Merle Bate, I spent a lot of hours riding to and from work with Tony, during the years when we car-pooled to Seattle. I have thought of him often over the years, especially remembering his soft-spoken ways. Please accept my condolences for your loss.
