Today is a year. I still do not like the new normal. We all still grieve. We all still love you. It's been a long sad year. Always in my heart my boy, the momma.
My heart has a broken. The new normal isn't to my liking. I miss my boy, I love my boy. I'm forever with you. My flesh, my blood, my child. Thank you for all the laughs. For the guy you were. For loving me always. For always being right here for me. Hug me once in a while.
My heart-felt condolences to Joe's family, Too, and all his four-legged relatives. I know that he had a large and loving family. He will remain in their hearts for all time and as long as he is remembered, he will never truly be lost from them. I wish you well, Joe, on this journey to a new life in a new place.
Goodbye, Joe. I'm glad we met and sorry we didn't get to know one another better; we would have been good friends. I'll remember you in my prayers with affection, until we meet again.
Joe, we never had the opportunity to meet in person but through your Mom I had the privilege to see how much she loves you and what an important family member you are. Thank you for your support and the gift that you pass on to those still searching for a safe place to call home.
