I met Fee while we both were Agency Managers for the Washington Liquor Control Board. I was involved in the WSLAA. I traveled to talk with other Agency Managers to get them involved with the Association. My 1st meeting with Fee was 'when he was in the crowd and he'd raise his hand and ask questions( again & again). Finally I got to the part asking for help and I looked at him and said, "I believe you just volunteered". Over the years we became great friends. When he called to tell me he had decided to retire from the Packwood Liquor Agency , I replied 'finally-- I can retire" I knew he was there for me and he knew I was there for him. I will miss him!
