I remember Francine when we were about ll yrs. old. She was the sweetest little girl, always nice to me. I remember her coming to my birthday party, and my mom took a picture of all of us in our front yard. My cousin Elaine Reutter Blackwell told me about Francine, she saw it in the paper today, and ask me if I knew her, she remembered your name I said yes, and feel so bad for all of you.
