Elmer Eugene De La Vergne was born March 16, 1929 in Minot, ND. Elmer died June 18, 2014 in Tacoma, WA at the age of 85. He worked as a marine pipefitter at PSNS for over 35 years.
He is survived by his wife Ruby; daughter Darlene (Brian) Cline; son Ray (Cindy) De La Vergne; grand daughter Jordan De La Vergne; grandsons Charles McCauley and Dane Harding; faithful dog Sam.
