I am sorry for your loss of Mr. Ervin. Please accept my condolences. When our enemy 'death' strikes, it can bring us overwhelming grief and pain and sorrow. I find comfort in the fact that God will sustain us if we throw our burdens on him (Psalm 55:22). We also have the resurrection hope (John 5:28,29) We can look forward to seeing our dead loved ones again. I hope these scriptural thoughts bring you some comfort.
