Obituary of Phylis Jean Cox Olsen

Phylis Jean Cox Olsen 3/22/1922 - 10/26/2007 Phylis Jean Cox Olsen passed away peacefully in Tacoma, WA. Phylis was born and raised in Tacoma, and she attended Stadium High School. Phylis and her family moved to Yakima, WA in 1951, where she lived for 16 years before returning to Tacoma in 1967. She was preceded in death by her husband, George H. Olsen and her infant daughter, Kathleen H. Olsen, sisters Mary Alice Kitaj and Ann Laurine Brush, and brothers Harvey D. Cox and Alan R. Cox. Phylis is survived by her children, George (Pam) Olsen of Yakima, Philip (Cheryl) Olsen of Olympia, Judy (Norman) of Puyallup, 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
