Obituary of Arthur Lofton Lofton

Arthur Lofton, Jr. passed away on Sunday, July 27th in Tacoma, WA. He is survived by his Life Partner Greg Perez, his Brother Dennis Lofton, Sister-in-Law Molly Lofton, and a niece Amy and nephew Jonathan. Arthur was born in Tampa Florida and moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1986. He and his partner Greg spent 30 years together. Arthur was a Microbiologist and worked in the Tacoma General Hosppital laboratory for many years. Arthur loved music and regularly attended the opera and the symphony. He and his partner were world travelers, going to music festivals in Russia and Europe, among other places. Arthur loved to bicycle on rail trails in Eastern Washington, and enjoyed camping and exploring remote places in his 4WD truck. His family would like to extend their grateful thanks to the members of the Fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous and the Al-Anon Family Groups for their love and support during this difficult time.
