Aunt Charlotte was a fun loving, easy going, free spirit! Alot of my memories from growing up involve being around Uncle Al, Aunt Charlotte and Herman. They are now together again catching up on old times. My love goes out to the Family, who stuck by her side when she needed someone the most. Untill we all meet again, I will miss you! Thanks for making me one of the Family.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family of Charlotte. I knew Charlotte as Lotte. We met ten years ago when I transferred to Madigan Army Medical Center. Lotte would often place her arm around my shoulder and say: "I'm the White Lotte and she's the Black Lottie." Lotte shared fond memories about her grandsons in Alaska and extended family in Hawaii. I remember Lotte as a genuine compassionate and loving individual who cared deeply for others. I will remember Lotte by the words of Helen Keller, American writer, educator (1880-1968: "THE BEST AND MOST BEAUTIFUL THINGS IN THE WORLD CANNOT BE SEEN, NOR TOUCHED... BUT ARE FELT IN THE HEART."
