Obituary of Susan Melius Harvey

Susan Melius was born April 5, 1944 in Tacoma, WA. She passed away December 20, 2010. Susan leaves her husband John Harvey; children Dawna Elliott, Derik Melius, Sheryl Melius, Christy Schatz; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister Judy Wright; brother Lyle Conway; many nieces and nephews and her best friend (Sox). Proceeded in death by her son Michael earlier this year. Susan was a member of the Puyallup Tribe and worked for the Tribal Admin, and Health Authority. Viewing 1-7 pm Monday, December 27, at Oakwood Hill Funeral Chapel, 5210 South Alder St., Tacoma. Funeral services 10 am Tuesday, December 28, at New Horizon Christian Church, 5600 Valley Ave E.
