Reggie was born in Bad Constatt, Germany to his parents William D. and Dorothy Green. Reggie accepted Christ at an early age. He graduated from Franklin Pierce High School and received his BA degree in Arts and Science from Ashford University. Reggie worked for Winko Foods and Wal-Mart, he was a lover of sports and music.
