Obituary of Anita Ginoulis

Anita Ginoulis reunited with her beloved husband Charlie S. Ginoulis on Thursday, February 9, 2012. Anita was born in Berlin, Germany on July 20th, 1926 to Otto and Elizabeth Pott, who preceded her in death. In October 1960, she married the love of her life, Charlie S. Ginoulis. They had one son, Steve C. Ginoulis (Yvonne) four grandchildren (Mary Ginoulis, Kristina Glaser (Jay), Mary Rich (Adam) and Kramer Nehl) and three great grandchildren which she enjoyed and enriched her life. She is also survived by her sister, Rose Marie, who remains in Germany, brother and sister-in-law Ken and Marilee Ginoulis and sister-in-law Betty Floor, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. The family would also like to thank Suzette Stevenson for her support and help during these last few months. Anita worked for Clover Park School District Food Services for over 35 years until her retirement in 2007. A Trisagion Service will be held Sunday, February 12th at 7:00 PM at the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church on 15th and Yakima. A funeral service is planned for Monday morning at 11:00 AM followed by reception and her final resting place at New Tacoma Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association or any cancer research foundations or to the Greek Church. "Mom, don't worry, I got your daily and weekly Pogo badges".
