Obituary of Dolores Mary DiPalma

Dolores Mary DiPalma, 73, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2008. Born in Aberdeen, WA, she had been a Tacoma area resident most of her life. Dolores spent much time at Downing Elementary School, helping out on the playground and in the lunchroom. She was a longtime member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Predeceased by her daughter Debbie. Survivors include loving husband of 48 years, Larry, son Denny DiPalma (Lori), sister Eva Jaber, all of Tacoma; granddaughters Amelia DiPalma and Giovanna Sabia, niece Diane Stewart (Tom) of Puyallup, nephew Mitchell Jaber (Donna) of Gig Harbor. Visitation will be held 12:00 Noon-6:00 P.M. Sunday, March 2, 2008, followed by a Vigil Service at 7:00 P.M., both at the Piper-Morley-Mellinger Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, March 3, 2008 11:00 AM at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
