Merry Christmas Dad! I can hardly believe four years have passed and I can honestly say, Christmas is just not the same without you and mom around. I miss having being able to just pick up the phone and "conference" call with you and Cheryl. I hope you have a very Merry "Heavenly" Christmas. I take comfort knowing that you and mom are watching down on us keeping us safe. Love you very much, you loving daughter, Michele

Jim, how precious memories are. The old house where we grew up in Old Town, cousins Lorrie and Johnny next door and all the neighborhood kids. Our disagreement each morning on whether to have Cream of Wheat, which I hated and you liked or Oatmeal which I loved. Our walk up to old St. Pat's school each day collecting the neighborhood bunch on our way. Our summer vacations in Friday Harbor and Mom especially getting cabin fever in small surroundings. Your wedding and oh how much you were in love with your beautiful wife of 44 years. Train trips between Tacoma and Astoria and Grandma shuttling her grandkids between your house and mine. Sooo many memories. Your beautiful daughters have so many precious memories of you and Kathy to keep in their hearts forever. My love and prayers. Jo

Well Jim I don't know where to start. We have been the best of friends for about 56 years. You have always been like a brother to Don and I. We have never had an argument, or bad word for each other. We have done many things together, laughed, talked, partied and tipped a few. I never thought when I said "See You Later" last Friday that it was going to be this way. No more stopping by or calling to solve the world problems. We always said we would try to leave this world a little better than when we came in, I think you did more than that, you left us two beautiful, wonderful daughters, and they have the best of families to live on for you. Yes, I will keep my eye on them. "See You Later" Jerry

So many many childhood memories have been racing throuh my head all week long... Lots of good times were had, lots of great laughs, some tears too... I think I will remember the lake the most with your dad and of course hitting the junkyards and thrift shops for the great finds...Those are some of my favorite memories.. In my thoughts and prayers... Lisa

Dad, We miss you and love you so very much. I am so sad that you are gone. My only consolation is that I know you are with mom and are healthy once again. Thank you for all you have done for us over the years - I would not be who I am today without your guidance and love. You will always be in my heart. Love Cheryl
