Obituary of Aloma Lannette Danley

Aloma Lannette Danley (June 9, 1936 - April 19, 2010) Aloma, 73, passed away at home on Monday surrounded by her loved ones. She dedicated more than twenty years to the Native Community as a drug and alcohol counselor. Aloma was a loving, caring and compassionate wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to all who knew her. She was an enrolled member of the Sisseton-Wahpeton, Assiniboine-Sioux Tribe, Fort Peck, Montana. She was a member of the LDS Wapato Park Ward. Preceded in death by husband of 52 years, Russell Danley Sr. and son Russell Danley Jr. Survived by six daughters, Judith Headdress, Cheryl Wapes'a-Mayes, Gail Danley, Deanna Smith, Robin Danley and Aloma E. Danley; two sisters, Sioux Cordova and Kathy Ferguson, one brother, John Whitright.
